Omar Carrillo joined the RCS Board in 2021. He is the Director of Government Affairs for the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, serving in this and similar capacities since 2015. In his role, Omar manages policy and legislative efforts for the Tribe. Omar is a firm believer in volunteerism. In his spare time, he coaches his daughters’ sports teams and volunteers with local nonprofits. Omar’s two daughters attend Delta Elementary School.
