Michelle joined the River Charter Schools board in January 2023. In her day job, she serves as Senior Legal Counsel for the California Charter Schools Association. As well as being an attorney, Michelle is also a seasoned government affairs professional, with several years of experience on the Government Affairs Team at CCSA, as well as working in policy development in the Administration of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Michelle has two kids, one that currently attends Delta Elementary Charter School.
