Gloria joined the River Charter Schools board in August of 2021. She currently works as the Director of Data & Accountability for Da Vinci Schools, a network of charter schools located in Southern California. Prior to her current role, Gloria’s career in education included experience as a high school English teacher, academic & college counselor, and a school leader. She is passionate about providing students with learning experiences that engage them with the world around them, and prepare them for life beyond K-12 schools. She lives in Clarksburg and is committed to community involvement, also volunteering on the Clarksburg Library board and the School Site Council for Clarksburg Middle School and Delta High School. Gloria has three kids, all of whom attended Delta Elementary Charter School before matriculating to middle and high school.
