Ellie joined the RCS family in February 2022 as our new Director, Talent and Operations where she will be supporting our HR, employee relations, and Operations departments.
Ellie comes to us with a strong history in education, including 10 years of classroom experience and 10 years in leadership roles. Earning a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education Administration, Ellie has spent time supporting both private and publicly funded education programs, and has a soft spot for little learners.
Over the last 10 years Ellie has supported the opening of two charter schools, and three Early Childhood Education centers as an Executive Director.
She is most passionate about ensuring teachers have the support and tools they need to ensure high quality, meaningful programs.
During her off time Ellie loves to cook, spend time with her family, and is currently pursuing a second Master’s Degree in School Business Leadership.
